Hi, I’m Cindy, the face behind the yellow umbrella. I’ve worked in disability services for twenty years and have a passion for assisting people achieve their goals.
Prior to starting Umbrella Support I had been managing a dynamic team in the NDIS SLES employment skills and preparation space for 5 years, studied and navigated through the initial roll out of the NDIS in Victoria and also worked in Disability Employment Services for many years. In addition I personally conducted and facilitated a two year study on parent perceptions on post school employment for people living with disabilities.
Advocating for inclusion and equality is what gets me out of bed every morning!
