“I must say that the guests who came on Saturday night, that had never been to these rooms before, were really impressed with the facility and the setup.
Our team who did the catering were also suitably impressed with the ovens, dishwashers and the general serving facilities. To be able to serve meals on plates and bowls made the event all the more professional.
I truly believe the Balla Balla facility represents the City of Casey and in particular the Cranbourne community in a very strong and positive light. This was our third occasion of using the facility and we look forward to being able to use it in the future.”
